ISPCube allows operator to ask for customer enable. This action will be on hold until supervisor allows this action.
By default ISPCube set all operators to enable directly. You can modify this behavior using manu Maintenance / Operators
Then we need to allow supervisors to view pending authorization list. We need to go to Maintenance / Setup Permissons
When an operator use enable button you will see next image:
Being supervisor you can view pending authorization list, go to Sales / Enable Authorization
